- **Responsibility**_

1. Training Development & Delivery:

- **Needs Assessment**:Identifying training gaps and determining the specific knowledge and skills needed for different audiences.

2. Collaboration & Communication:

- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Working closely with product development, sales, marketing, and support teams to gather feedback and ensure training aligns with business goals.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:Communicating training needs, progress, and results to relevant stakeholders.
- **Feedback Collection**:Gathering feedback from participants on the effectiveness of the training and using it to improve future programs.

3. Evaluation & Improvement:

- **Training Effectiveness Assessment**:Evaluating the impact of training programs on participant knowledge, skills, and performance.
- **Data Analysis**:Analyzing training data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions about training strategies.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Implementing changes and updates to training materials and delivery methods based on feedback and evaluation results.

4. Product Expertise:

- **Staying Current**:Maintaining a deep understanding of the company's products, including features, updates, and competitive landscape.
- **Curriculum Design**:Creating engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and online learning modules.
- **Instructional Methods**:Choosing appropriate teaching methods, such as instructor-led training, virtual classrooms, or on-the-job training.
- **Content Delivery**:Conducting training sessions for both internal teams (employees) and external audiences (customers, partners).
- **Training Materials Maintenance**:Ensuring all training materials are up-to-date and relevant to current product versions and features.
- **Requirements**_
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business Management/Business Administration.
- Preferably has basic product knowledge on electric and electronic items.
- Has Positive Working Attitudes.
- Willing to travel.
- Strong interpersonal skill and communication skills with aptitude in building relationships among the team.
- Microsoft Skills Literacy (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Willing to work at Pandan Jaya, Ampang
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
