**PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES**
As an enabler of the Intelligent Enterprise in the Experience Economy, the SAP Adoption Services Center organization helps our customers to run at their best. Our services, support, and tools guide, simplify, and accelerate our customers journey towards becoming intelligent enterprises with SAP’s digital platform, intelligent suite, and intelligent technologies. Together with our customers and partners, we drive differentiating innovation and create exceptional business outcomes.
As a central part of SAP ASC, the Adoption Services Center is implementing end-to-end solutions with our customers by translating their aspirations into business solutions. We strengthen the relationship with our customers and strive for long-term engagements.

**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**

As an Associate Finance Consultant within ASC S/4HANA Cloud you will guide our customers to success with their cloud transformation. The role requires deep understanding of the S/4HANA Cloud business processes across functional borders, as well as a service-oriented attitude with the aim to achieve customer success.

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**

Required skills:

- Cloud mindset with focus on ensuring continuous adoption, customer success and references for S/4HANA Cloud customers. Ability to articulate solution capabilities, value, and differences from other deployment options.
- Expertise in the configuration and implementation of Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Profitability Analysis (COPA), Material Ledger (ML), and Asset Accounting (AA) - emphasis on generalist knowledge / business experience and the ability to deep dive if required
- Have Finance experience or Financial background in constructive discussions and conversations from a business perspective.
- Have industry business knowledge and experience that can provide consulting to at least one industry.
- Have problem-solving ability, such as presenting countermeasures to customers and leading them to solutions to problems. Or, you have the framework.
- Have Malaysian communication skills to build good relationships with employees and customers. In addition, have English and communication skills that can collaborate and collaborate with consultants within the SAP Group.

Preferred skills
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
- SAP Finance & Accounting Solution Architect design experience a plus
- Nice to have:

- Experience in Cloud solutions (Roadmaps, Security, Integration)

**WORK EXPERIENCE**
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience; demonstrated knowledge / expertise of at least one industry / solution segment
- 1 to 3 years customer facing experience in a consulting capacity
- Any ERP or SAP product delivery experience is preferred
