Process purchase orders and maintain purchasing records in the system
- Track and follow up on order status to ensure timely delivery
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations, resolve issues, and confirm delivery details
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier information and pricing
- Support the purchasing team in sourcing and evaluating new suppliers
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures
- Work with finance and accounts payable to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
- Assist with inventory tracking and management
- Prepare purchasing reports and summaries as needed
- Provide administrative support to the procurement department

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
