oin CID Malaysia as a Junior Quantity Surveyor in our Petaling Jaya office. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for providing quantity surveying services to our construction projects.

**What you'll be doing**
- Preparing bills of quantities and other pre-contract documentation
- Measuring and valuing works during the construction phase
- Analysing tender submissions and subcontractor quotations
- Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
- Assisting with the administration of construction contracts
- Traveling from the office to various sites as required.

**What we're looking for**
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Management, or similar
- 0-3 years of experience in a quantity surveying role
- Prefer with experience in Interior Design & Build Company
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors and project teams
- Knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
- Enthusiastic, adaptable and keen to learn

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
