**Core Duties**:

- **Operating CNC Machines**:This includes loading materials, setting up the machine, and running the programming to create parts.
- **Programming and Setup**:CNC operators may be responsible for writing or modifying programs to control the machine's movements, speed, and cutting parameters.
- **Inspecting and Quality Control**:They ensure the finished parts meet the required specifications and quality standards.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**:Performing routine maintenance on the equipment and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- **Reading Blueprints and Technical Drawings**:Understanding and interpreting blueprints to determine the required dimensions and shapes of the parts.
- **Safety**:Adhering to strict safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in operating CNC machines, knowledge of programming languages, and experience with measuring tools.
- **Mathematical Skills**: Ability to work with dimensions, tolerances, and calculations.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Precision and accuracy are essential for this role.
- **Problem-Solving**: Troubleshooting machine issues and finding solutions.
- **Communication Skills**: Working with other team members and communicating technical information.
- **Experience**: While not always required for entry-level positions, experience in a manufacturing environment is often beneficial.
- **Education**: SPM, A high school diploma or equivalent is usually required, and some positions may require additional training in CNC machine operation.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
