**Job Purpose**:
The main purpose of this job is responsible for supporting the sales planning and analysis function within the organization. This role involves data management, reporting, and analysis to contribute to strategic decision-making. The Sales Planning Executive will be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and will handle various tasks, including invoicing, payment processing for truck purchases, and liaising with customs for clearance.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Reporting and Data Analysis**

Compile and analyze daily sales data, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Keep track and update daily sales and booking results, providing real-time insights to the sales team. Prepare and analyze monthly sales forecast, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Analyze branches and dealers' monthly sales performance to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies.

Liaise with branches and dealers for sales and bookings related matters, addressing inquiries and providing necessary support.

Collaborate with port customs for efficient customs clearance, ensuring a smooth import process for trucks.

**4. Processes and Efficiency**

Compile vehicle registration data and prepare market and states analysis reports to assist in strategic planning. Implement an efficient documentation and filing system for sales-related records. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and presentations as assigned by the Management.

**Qualification and Education**:

- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Studies Management / or equivalent.

Experience
- Individual with 1-2 years working experience in related field.

Technical Knowledge / Skills:

- Able to perform data and market analysis.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint & Word).
- Organized, analytical and meticulous.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

People Knowledge / Skills:

- Effective Management Skills
- Effective Communication and Negotiation Skills.
- Effective Presentation Skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
