We're looking to onboard a high-energy CS + Sales Rep who can connect well with others to journey with us in the adventure of impacting more lives You'll be working in a growing team of fun-loving, driven and supportive team members while we work towards our company's mission and purpose.
- Perform customer service calls/messages in multiple platforms (FB, IG, Whatsapp, Shopee, Lazada, live chat etc) to ensure customers are attended to.
- Update customer data sheets and daily reports on CRM
- Confirm payments and update their status, process invoices
- Understand the customers’ needs and update customer insights/FAQs to the sales and marketing team
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and get reviews
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
- Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions

- Proficient in English (Good to have: Mandarin and Bahasa proficiency)
- Willing to learn and work hard
- Independent problem-solving skills
- A plus, if you have experience, is customer-facing jobs.
- Good to have: have the desire to take on leadership positions in the future
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Familiar with Customer Relationship Management systems and practice
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
