**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Dispatch Duties**:

- Perform delivery and collection of documents, cheques, parcels, and other items as instructed
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch services
- Maintain proper records of all deliveries and collections
- Ensure vehicle (motorcycle) is kept in good condition and roadworthy

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist in filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and other general office duties
- Handle office supply inventory and assist in restocking when needed
- Support other departments with basic clerical tasks
- Organize and maintain proper documentation and records

**Reception Coverage**:

- Sit in as the receptionist during receptionist's leave
- Attend to incoming calls and walk-in visitors in a professional manner
- Manage front desk area and ensure a tidy and welcoming environment
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experience in a similar role (dispatch/admin)
- Possess a valid motorcycle license and own motorcycle
- Good communication skills and professional appearance
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Familiar with local routes and locations
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel)

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
