- Engaging in focus groups and usability labs to understand the needs and wants of the various business segments that we serve;
- Shaping our transformation roadmap within transaction banking, taking the lead on a number of key enhancements across our core banking platforms including Digital Onboarding, Online Banking, and Loan Origination System;
- Leading on the development of digital solutions to create a market leading customer experience. This could include things such as the development of new digital services online or mobile, or developing a complimentary product that can be packaged to create a superior proposition for a client segment;
- Leading the exploratory work for the bank on one of the disruptive technology trends, exploring what it enables, how this could be used to create a differentiated offering, and leading on future proof of concepts;
- Working with other product and segment teams across the Bank and regions to ensure our we have a consistent strategy and aligned customer experience;
- Ensuring that enhancements, features, services and wrappers meet customer needs, are commercially viable, competitive and aligned with our business case Creating acquisition and engagement strategies to drive acquisition of new Business customers, and increasing our penetration rate of HLCF, to achieve our business projections;
- Staying close to the financial services environment globally but specifically in South East Asia, being abreast of new Business Banking offerings that our peers and Fintech providers are launching, and new technologies that could disrupt banking;
- Provide support across the digital portfolio and platforms, including the strategic-level enhancement of corporate readiness and response, emerging market trends, operational improvement and process improvement and applies business analytics across the people, process, and organizational components.

**Requirements**:

- Malaysian Citizen
- Degree or equivalent
- Experience in digital innovation is a plus
- Understanding the technology and operations implications of digital project delivery
- Basic business planning skills and basic stakeholder management skill
