**Job Scope**:

- Able to train and supervise employees of the maintenance technician department.
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, health and safety regulations
- Negotiate contracts with outside vendors for execution of maintenance work.
- Attend to outsource contractors ensuring job are done properly.
- Ensure operational efficiency of electrical equipment and mechanical systems through timely inspection and repair.
- Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.
- Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time
- Ensure that company premises and facilities are kept in clean and hygienic condition.
- New maintenance project for complex as required from time to time.
- Implement workplace safety policies and standards.

**Requirements**:

- SPM/ O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
- Have knowledge of MCB Wiring, Single Phase & Tri-Phase will be added an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance in factory environment.
- Dynamic, self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Have technical knowledge of machinery (mechanical or electrical)
- Proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role
- Great time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer Literate.
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Melayu

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM4,077.06 per month
