**About the Role**

This role is ideal for a dedicated professional passionate about luxury fashion and client service. As a Client Advisor, you will be the brand ambassador for a distinguished Italian luxury brand, creating memorable experiences and cultivating lasting relationships with clients.

**Client Engagement**
- Deliver outstanding, personalized service by forming genuine emotional connections with clients.
- Develop loyal client relationships using CRM tools and client outreach initiatives.
- Create unforgettable shopping experiences, tailoring each interaction to foster client confidence and satisfaction.

**Sales Excellence**
- Drive individual and team sales by meeting KPIs:

- Sales targets, Sales Per Transaction (SPT), Units Per Transaction (UPT), and Conversion Rate.
- Participate in daily and weekly sales reporting to the head office as needed.

**Store and Visual Merchandising**
- Maintain store and stockroom cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure timely, attractive displays of new stock, keeping products properly stored and displayed.

**Stock and CRM Management**
- Keep stockrooms well-organized to facilitate easy access and minimize stock loss.
- Accurately record all stock transfers and contribute to reducing shrinkage.
- Grow the client database by bringing in new clients and offering regular updates to existing clients.
