The **Regional Commercial Director** leads the commercial function that sells, sets up, and manages the digital storefronts of our clients, and consolidates all the e-Commerce services including supply chain & operations, customer service, e-commerce marketing, and digital products.

Reporting into the Regional Head of Business Operations, the Regional Commercial Director is passionate about e-commerce and creating the best customer and seller experiences, has deep knowledge of the dynamics of this fast-paced sector across multiple categories, and can lead operational teams across the geography. This role will manage profit and loss and draw on a range of tools - from data to strategic business insights, to grow category revenue.

**What will you do?**
- Selling, setting up and managing the digital storefronts of our clients. Be the “ADA face” in front of our clients
- Deliver results to our client - market penetration, GMV, and more - and to ADA - revenue, client & people satisfaction, strategic transformation, and cost management
- Lead of a function of over 100 people across six different countries, a six-digit GMV in USD and work closely with the Business Development, Supply Chain & Operations, Customer Service teams
- Define and implement the Commercial organizational structure, including appointing and managing Commercial Directors, Commercial Managers and Commercial Associates as needed
- Run week-to-week operations
- Support and influence the activities of the Business Development Team to acquire new clients, expand in new markets & categories,
- Unify E-Commerce services - commercial, supply chain, customer service, digital product - as well as ADA services for the client
- Drive automation across the function
- Support your director and managers with:
- Defining and implementing the growth strategy for the brand with understanding of internal and external variables that impact the business, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and vision
- Driving brands sales performance and brand engagement on various marketplaces through joint business planning and regular business reviews
- Proficient in P&L of the business, forecasting, budgeting, negotiating & implementing marketing campaigns on various marketplaces
- Manage the relationship with brand principals or distributors and building the business roadmap
- Manage various category offerings and merchandising to maximize sales and ensuring accurate order fulfilment by working directly with major brands and fulfilment team
- Track and oversee operational excellence of distribution channels such as inventory, order processing, logistics and cancellations
- Manage a team on the creation of marketplace stores, to executing of campaigns, submission of deals and maintaining customer experience
- Manage multiple stakeholders including brands, service providers, key account managers and marketplaces strategic partnership
- Ensuring store performance metrics & targets are met and are sustained at an optimal level at all times
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements, innovation and scale within the portfolio mix

**What skills and experiences you will need?**
- Over 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years proven experience in e-Commerce or online sales in an FMCG setting or with an e-Commerce provider
- 5+ years’ experience in people management
- Experience with marketplace tools and platforms, social commerce, and ecommerce advertising would be an added advantage
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
