**Full Job Description**
- Support and assist your supervisor complete audit assignments on schedule and in accordance with the Annual Internal Audit Plan or as needed.
- By completely employing contact and communication abilities, you may comprehend the operating operations of the specified business cycles.
- Conduct an audit review to determine and evaluate the sufficiency, effectiveness, and efficiency of the existing internal controls and business cycle procedures.
- Offer the corresponding HODs the necessary internal controls to reduce risks.
- Follow up with the appropriate HODs and keep an eye on the progress of the audit results.
- Find areas of control weakness and problematic behaviour that could be a red signal. Report an audit issue with enough supporting documentation and suggest improvements or corrections.
- Help in identifying and evaluating any possible risks that the organisation could face.
- Assist in identifying and assessing potential risk that may bring impact to the group.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary.

**Key Performance Indicators / Measures & Expectations**
- Pleasant, patient, and approachable when dealing with internal or external people.
- Self-driven & independent in handling tasks assigned under time pressure.
- Proactive, meticulous, well monitoring skills, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to multitask to complete tasks assigned to meet deadline.
- Possess knowledge in internal audit, governance compliance, related legal requirements, risk management and experience dealing with regulator.
- Good understanding in interpreting relevant acts and regulations.
- Strong in financial knowledge background with good understanding of financial laws and regulations.
- Complete ad-hoc task within the set deadline with mínimal mistake as and when assigned by superior.

**Qualifications**
- Qualifications include:

- Being observant and has curiosity about business operations.
- Willing to be stationed at Bintulu factory.
- Willing and able to travel extensively within a short notice period.
- Proficient in English. Ability to read and write Chinese will be an added advantage.
