**Retail Executive - SUTERA MALL**

**Chinese Department**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage business activities of a department to achieve sales, profit and growth objectives.
- Responsible for department front line functions.
- To carry out day-to-day operations and improve department performance in terms of sales revenue, cost control, customers' awareness and staff development.
- To attend customers’ enquiries, complaints and orders and to ensure customers satisfaction.
- To ensure good housekeeping / cleanliness / tidiness and effective display of merchandise in outlet.
- To consistently improve staffs knowledge of products and job to ensure the work performance is maintained.
- You may be assigned under department (English / Malay / Chinese / Revision / Stationery / Multimedia / CD Rama).

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or tertiary education with at least 1 - 2 years working experience.
- Tertiary education with or without working experience _**(for Retail Trainee).**_
- Possess good leadership and management skills.
- Dynamic, self-motivated, fast learner, excellent interpersonal skills and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Optimise sales opportunities.
- Strong interest and passionate to work in retail industry.
- Able to work in shift hours, weekends & public holidays.
