Sales/Material (Coordinator/Officer) coordinates the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. And also ensures the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material. Sales/Material (Coordinator/Officer) will support sales representatives and coordinate sales-related activities but is not responsible for selling products.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests.

2. Identify potential problem areas within the project plan and implements alternative solutions to minimize risks.

3. Liaise with production/store in coordinating customer enquiries, orders and for stock availability.

4. Coordinate sales team by managing the schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.

5. Liaise with the customers and ensure on-time delivery of goods to customer.

6. Coordinating with shipping agencies and supplier to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and service.

Competency Requirements (Education, Training and Experience):
1. Minimum Diploma or Degree in related field/Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience

2. Have communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels, and exercise independent judgment.

4. Must be able to communicate fluently in (written and oral) English, Chinese and Malay.

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
