Administrative Assistant

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Issuing sales transaction invoices.
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
- Monitoring and updated data into system.
- Monitoring and update stock display and barcode.
- Performing insurance method to customers.
- Performing and monitoring installment payment customers.
- Daily closing updating report of the Collection and ensure all collection bank in.
- Weekly routine sending reminder notice letter to selected customers. Reminder via phone call to customer.
- Perform any other related duties assigned by the management from time to time.
**REQUIREMENT**
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language(s): Malay, English & Mandarin.
- Ability to work independent, good communication skills, positive thinking, good personalities & enjoy dealing with people.
- Must have knowledge on MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and SQL Accounting Software.

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
