We are looking for a talented demand planner to ensure our company’s operations are timely, efficient, and cost-effective. You will assist in all demand planning duties including forecasting product demand, planning inventory flow, analyzing statistical data, propose business strategies to the management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop effective demand forecast based on industry trends, seasonality, promotions and demand patterns.
- Drive the sales & operations process in steering demand review meeting with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve a collaborative consensus to accelerate business growth.
- Identify and highlight any business opportunity/ risk assessment to management so that mitigation activities can be carried out on timely manner.
- Closely monitor offtake against forecast committed and constantly engage with the sales and operations team to prevent under supply or overstock situations whilst maximizing potential sales in strengthening business performance.
- Address demand-related issue in a timely and effective manner.

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Supply Chain/ Mathematics or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a demand planning/forecasting role, preferable in FMCG industry.
- Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
- Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge.
- Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Demand planning: 3 years (preferred)
- FMCG: 3 years (preferred)
