Urban Farm Tech is seeking a vibrant and people-centric Experience & Sustainability Programs Lead to spearhead the design and execution of interactive, urban farming-themed experiences. This role is key in delivering memorable engagements for corporate teams, school communities, and the public while promoting our mission of sustainability and smart farming.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design and execute engaging programs such as**:
Salad Harvest Parties

Herbal Tea Blending Workshops

Pesto Sauce Making Classes

Vertical Farming & Planting Workshops

Farm-to-Table CSR Experiences

Lead on-ground events and act as a warm, knowledgeable host.

Collaborate with the marketing and tech teams to ensure programs are aligned with brand goals and smart farming innovations.

Customize experience modules for different client segments (corporate, school, public).

Collect and analyze participant feedback to improve future programs.

Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients and participants.

Create engaging content (photos, stories, testimonials) for social media and outreach.

**Preferred Profile**:
Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication and facilitation skills.

Female preferred (to suit the warm and nurturing hosting nature of the role).

At least 2 years of experience in event planning, hospitality, education, or sustainability engagement.

Passion for sustainability, wellness, and urban farming.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Temporary, Freelance, Internship

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
