- Identify target audiences and segments to tailor content and messaging for specific customer segments.

**Content Creation and Design**

**List Management and Segmentation**
- Implement best practices for list hygiene, including cleaning and maintaining the subscriber database.

**Campaign Execution**
- Monitor deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

**Analytics and Reporting**
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Create regular reports to share with stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

**A/B Testing and Optimization**
- Iterate on campaigns based on test results to enhance performance over time.

**Customer Journey and Automation**
- Ensure a seamless customer journey by sending timely and relevant messages.

**Stay Updated with Industry Trends**
- Implement innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

**Job Requirements:

- **
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and automation techniques.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Strong command and proficiency in English language is essential.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative mindset and willingness to experiment with new ideas.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
