**Client Background**:A well known German multinational engineering company specialize in marine, power generation and turbomachinery business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handling all Import and Export logistic duties
- Liaising with authorities for all import and export documentations
- Arranging and ensuring logistic arrangement is in order and meeting delivery due date
- Liaising with courier and logistic company for sea and air freight
- Handling materials purchase and monitoring supplier delivery
- Handling billing and customer service
- Maintain proper records of shipment data, systematic filing and storage of shipping documents for audit purpose
- To plan, coordinate, and execute shipments to meet customer requirements, considering cost, transit time, and delivery deadlines
- Handling sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Performing other ad-hoc duties as and when required

**Key Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Supply Chain/ Logistic preferably in an oil & gas, energy sector**:

- Have good experience dealing with local and European countries’ logistic matters
- Detail oriented with good analytical skills and meticulous
- Required skills: Computer literate, proactive in resolving issues, strong sense of urgency, result oriented, work independently, positive attitude, good team player, excellent communication both verbal and written and interpersonal skill
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
- **Good English, with good exposure in logistics arrangement between countries (prefer SEA exposure).**

**Contract Period: 12 Months**

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
