Accounts Executive

**Client Acquisition and Retention**:
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the hospitality and F&B sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Develop strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.
- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:
- Achieve sales targets by promoting products or services related to hospitality and F&B.
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of products/services.
- **Financial Management**:
- Handle full sets of accounts for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, including P&L reports, to provide insights into the financial performance of clients.
- Work closely with finance teams to manage billing, invoicing, and collection processes.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**:
- Assist clients in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Provide recommendations based on financial analysis to optimize budget allocation and achieve financial goals.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Analyze customer needs and market demands to tailor sales and financial strategies accordingly.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services related to hospitality and F&B.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits, including financial implications, to clients.
- **Customer Service**:
- Act as a liaison between the company and clients, addressing financial inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, financial transactions, and client interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, financial metrics, and market trends.
- **Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, marketing, operations, and support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on financial insights and customer needs.
