**KYC Customer Support Analyst - Mandarin Language (E-commerce)**

Join a dynamic global BPO team as a **KYC Customer Support Analyst**, supporting a leading international e-commerce client. In this role, you will handle customer interactions and assist with identity verification processes (KYC), helping to prevent financial crime and fraud. You’ll work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, with full training and career growth opportunities.

Ideal for Mandarin speakers looking to build or expand their career in customer support, e-commerce, or compliance. KYC experience is a bonus, but not required.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Verify customer identities and assess activity risks
- Ensure adherence to KYC/AML/CTF guidelines and policies
- Collaborate with internal departments for issue resolution
- Maintain accurate and secure customer records

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field
- Fluent in Mandarin (C1) and in English (B1 or above / SVAR tested)
- KYC or compliance experience is a plus - full training will be provided
- Willing to work rotating shifts (24/7 rotational shift, 5 days a week)
- Open to Malaysian and Chinese nationals
- No experience required — we welcome all applicants
- Availability to start by the end of June - July 2025

**Salary & Benefits**
- RM 4,500 - 4,800 + KPI allowance (up to RM 300) + Night Shift allowance (up to RM 350)
