**What is Boat Noodle?**

Boat Noodle is a restaurant that specializes in Thai street food. It is no doubt that Malaysians love coming here to eat, be it for brunch, lunch or even dinner. Ever since it started operating in Malaysia, their popularity continued to grow. Currently Boat Noodle are opening for many branches in Klang Valley. **Personnel Management**

1. Regularly providing training and guidance to subordinates on service standards and menu knowledge

2. Preparation of duty roaster and schedule in line with operational needs

3. Managing disciplinary and discrepancies of employees and working closely with human resources department on all matters.

**Reports and Administration**

1. Ensure timely and accurate submission of sales collection/ Cashiering report

2. Report any discrepancies on cashiering collection immediately

3. Responsible for the compilation and monitoring of sales achievement report for submission to the management

**Operational Management**

1. Regularly inspect outlet cleanliness/ hygiene standards and ensure subordinate complies to the standards set by management.

2. Regularly obtaining feedback from customers on all aspects of the operations.

3. Developing cost effective operational plans to achieve optimal results.

**Job Requirements**

1. 1-5 Min experienced

2. Good Communication Skills, Teamwork, and Excellent Communication Skills.

3. Available to start immediately

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
