End-to-end processing of company’s payroll and maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
- To ensure payroll datelines are met with accuracy
- To liaise with statutory bodies e.g. EPF, SOCSO, HRDF on any related issues if required
- Manage and ensures all employees database is accurate and up-to-date
- To assist in office administration for daily operation
- Ensuring employees welfare and benefits are administered in accordance with the terms and conditions of employment contract
- Other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time
- Helping in recruitment and selection process. Prepare interview schedule and coordinate interview session
- Assist in new staff on-boarding programme e.g. preparing staff access car, ID card, training, attendance recording, preparing documents for orientation, etc
- Ensure attendance board is updated in an orderly fashion
- Maintain proper filing system to ensure information is up-to-date for easy reference & retrieval
**Job Requirements**
- At least 1 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required Skills(s) : Microsoft Office (Excel,Word), Communication Skills
- Preferable Senior Executive specialized in Human Resource or equivalent
- Analytical and detailed oriented
- Requires good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently, work under pressure and ability to meet deadlines
- Maturity in thinking and ability to execute plans
- Able to start work immediately
- Experience in Security Services is an added advantages
- Language required - Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Fresh graduate with degree holder are encourage to apply
