Job Description
- Perform day to day operational processes relating to the projects assigned in accordance with the set procedures.
- Work seamlessly with multiple teams and departments to ensure that efficient service is provided to the customers and the targeted business objectives are met.
- Work with all relevant stakeholders, including customers, Marketing and Sales Department staff, etc. to ensure all agreed processes are followed and rules complied with, and services rendered accordingly to customers.
- Liaise with customers and/or corporate sales team and customer service team to provide services to the customers and to follow up on any services provided, as well as to liaise with the relevant Medical Partners for services rendered.
- To record all information on customers in the customer database and to record and submit all relevant information on the orders received and scheduled to the supervisor and other relevant teams for management reporting.
- Attend to all enquiries on services rendered or schedules arranged for customers with the relevant Medical Partners, and promptly attend to any issue that arise thereof.
- Follow up with customers on services rendered to ensure that customers are promptly served at the Medical Partners’ location on the appointed dates.
- Record all services provided and/or inventory movement and track stock levels.
- Attend to enquiries, stock requests and delivery, re-orders at sub-stores and from Medical Partners, corporate sales team and customers.
- Keep proper documentation on all service and/or inventory-related matters.
- Furnish daily reports on all sales, services and stock movement.
- Staff may also be re-designated or seconded to other teams to support other teams as and when required or when necessary.
**You are someone who has/is**:

- Experience and passion for Operations Management.
- Similar/related operations management experience and expertise in the healthcare industry and understanding of industry needs, is preferred though not compulsory.
- A multitasker with the ability to manage concurrent assignments with sustained work quality.
- Customer driven and passionate about service delivery that exceeds customer expectations.
- Ability complete and achieve the assigned tasks within the specified deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to well with various stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times and possess good judgement on need for disclosure of key information.
- Able to work with and support colleagues on various work tasks.
**Your Merits**:

- At least 2 years of work experience with some experience in operations or administration is preferred though not compulsory.
- A Diploma or higher education qualification(s). Business Administration or Marketing preferred.
- Previous work experience that can be demonstrated to be applicable to the duties listed on the job description.
- Attention to detail, a self-starter and a keen problem solver, result-driven, responsible and dedicated to achieving set objectives.
- Able to take on additional duties or assignments outside of normal working hours, as and when required.
- Well-versed with the use of Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
