Administrative Duties
- Manage phones and maintain calendar appointments, calls, meetings, key projects and travel
- Arrange conference calls, in-person meetings and offsite meetings
- Submit and track expense reports
- Coordinate travel arrangements and travel itinerary, including booking flights and accommodations
- Attend calls and meetings as requested, providing detailed and accurate recaps of the discussion with follow-up steps
- Maintain sales, project and staff roster documents

Department Duties
- Draft updates and reports as needed
- Submit and manage requests to other internal departments

- Participate in discussions, learning from the team how to conceptualise and execute sales strategies
- Work with internal departments to ensure deliverables are on time
