**The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) provides strategic leadership to drive the company’s growth and national expansion. This role oversees all business functions, including franchise development, financial performance, brand strategy, operations, and stakeholder relations. The CEO is responsible for ensuring profitability, maintaining brand integrity, and achieving sustainable growth across all markets.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute company’s long-term strategy to achieve business growth, profitability, and brand leadership nationally.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, including expansion, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
- Lead the formulation of business strategies to strengthen company’s presence in both existing and new markets.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and enhancement of company’s franchise models (Master Franchise, Multi-Unit Franchise, and Single-Unit Franchise).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to ensure alignment with company’s operational standards and brand guidelines.
- Drive the performance and profitability of all franchise markets through effective support systems, training, and business reviews.
- Champion company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency in brand messaging, customer experience, and visual presentation across all markets.
- Lead strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, digital engagement, and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams and franchise partners to localize marketing strategies that align with cultural and market preferences.
- Oversee menu and product innovation, ensuring the introduction of new offerings that reflect evolving consumer preferences while maintaining brand authenticity.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and service across all outlets.
- Promote a customer-centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction and repeat patronage.
- Lead the company’s financial strategy, including budgeting, revenue optimization, and cost management.
- Ensure sound P&L performance across markets, achieving sustainable profitability and ROI.
- Drive operational efficiencies through process standardization, supply chain optimization, and technology adoption.
- Build and lead a high-performing leadership team capable of executing company’s strategic vision.
- Foster a performance-driven, collaborative, and innovative culture.
- Oversee succession planning, talent development, and capability building across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, legal, and regulatory requirements in every operating market.
- Implement effective corporate governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
- Maintain transparency and accountability in all business dealings and reporting to the Board of Directors.
- Act as the principal representative of company with key stakeholders, including franchisees, investors, regulators, and business partners.
- Communicate business performance, growth strategies, and market outlook to the Board and shareholders.
- Strengthen company’s corporate reputation as a responsible, innovative, and customer-focused brand.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 15-20 years of experience in senior leadership within the F&B or franchise industry, with a strong record of national expansion and brand growth.
- Proven expertise in franchise management, strategic planning, and P&L leadership.
- Strong understanding of brand building, marketing strategies, and operational scaling across multi-market operations.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to engage cross-cultural teams and partners.
- Entrepreneurial, visionary, and results-driven leader with a passion for customer experience and innovation.

Pay: RM30,000.00 - RM35,000.00 per month
