We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as **Officer, Settlement Senior Analyst - Hybrid** (Internal Job Title: Securities & Derivatives Analyst 2 - C10 **)** based in **Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia**. **In this role, you’re expected to**:

- Provide timely and accurate delivery of transaction processing for custody settlement to fulfill its internal and external obligations
- Provide prompt and professional advice to regional branches to ensure smooth operations
- Participate in new release and client testing to ensure seamless transition.
- Initiate and streamline process relating to controls, productivity and regional service enhancements.
- Close monitoring of processing activities and system performance to ensure smooth operations to prevent settlement
- Experience in custody operations, particularly, securities trade capture, settlements, pre-settlements functions
- Re-engineer processes with the aim of streamlining operations and increase efficiencies
- 2-3 years of experience in Custody operations, particularly, securities trade capture, settlements, pre-settlements functions
- Knowledge on Settlement process & system
- Ability to work under pressure and manage to deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and intermediate problem solving skills
- Willing to work on Malaysia public holidays.
- Ability to work on rotating or shifting schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
