**Traffic Customer Service Officer**

Responsibilities:
- To check daily orders in SAP system and perform shipping related task on behalf of customer.
- To deal with customers, planners, forwarders and internal stakeholders.
- To respond on time to customer and planners inquiries.
- To handle and resolve customer complaints or issues.
- To prepare and publish shipping reports.
- To handle export and import shipments based on the customer account given.
- To handle customs related matters if required.
- To multitask if required.
- Maintain good practice of 5s.
- Maintain good use of printers and computers.
- Will be reporting to Customer Service Supervisor.

**Minimum Criteria(s)**:

- Minimum Diploma or Degree qualification.
- Bahasa Malaysia or English as language requirement.
- Computer skills and knowledge in Ms Office.
- Able to work on weekends or public holidays if required.
- Serious committed workers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Up to RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bayan Lepas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
