**Full job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with content creators, scriptwriters, and marketing teams to ensure video content aligns with brand messaging and goals.
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute video shoots for a variety of formats including product showcases, advertisements, tutorials, and digital campaigns.
- Develop storyboards and shot lists, translating marketing briefs into compelling video concepts that reflect brand personality.
- Add motion graphics, captions, sound effects, and visual transitions to enhance video quality and engagement.
- Ensuring all video projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
- Providing recommendations and feedback to improve the video production process.
- Work closely with Marketing team to align content with business goals and participate in brainstorming sessions.
- Plan and direct video shoots, ensuring quality control of visuals, audio, and lighting on set.
- Operate and manage production gear including cameras, stabilizers, and lighting systems.
- Execute video shoot and post-production video editing.
- Photoshooting of new products.
- Edit videos with a strong sense of narrative, pacing, motion, and sound design.
- Provide creative direction on post-production elements including graphics, transitions, music, and color grading.
- Stay ahead of digital content trends, proposing fresh ideas that push creative boundaries.

**Skills**:

- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
- Competent with video editing software such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD etc.
- Ability to multitask and monitor several projects and to take initiative to develop new strategies and outside - the - box ideas for social media.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): Mandarin.
- Added advantage if you have additional skillsets in videography & photography.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
