**Job Title: Online Customer Service cum Marketing**
**Location**: Remote (90% work from home), with occasional site visits in Penang Island

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage listings on Airbnb and other platforms, ensuring accurate and attractive property descriptions, updated availability calendars.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and messages across all platforms, ensuring all guest inquiries are addressed professionally and in a timely manner.
- Monitor and respond to social media comments and direct messages.
- Reply to guest reviews on online travel agencies (OTA) to maintain positive guest relations and improve online reputation.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding guest check-in and check-out times to streamline the arrival and departure process.
- Collect necessary guest information such as identification details (IC) and security deposits as required.
- Manage the refund process for guests upon check-out.
- Maintain and update property details, including editing listings, updating pricing, and ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Proactively call guests to gather reviews and feedback about their stay, encouraging positive reviews and addressing any concerns.
- Support marketing initiatives to promote properties effectively across online channels.
- Directly reporting to Sales & Marketing manager
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a growing and dynamic industry.
