**Job Summary**:

- Supervise day-to-day operations and administration of sales and marketing team to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the team**General Responsibilities**:

- Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
- Provide interpretation and explanation on sales administration/support policies and procedures
- Prepare and compile submission of individual sales achievement to ensure accurate and successful processing of incentive
- Produce and monitor regular sales reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Coordinate with sales and marketing team to provide support on general administrative activities (e.g. office admin, SAP maintenance and lodging)
- Recommend improvements or process enhancement to improve team productivity and cost efficiency
- Work closely with internal departments to gather information and resolve issues affecting sales administration

**Functional skills and knowledge**:

- Demonstrate strong administrative and organization skills
- Proven knowledge and experience in SAP
- Demonstrate analytical and quantitative skills
- Demonstrate proficiencies in Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel - Pivot Table and Vlookup, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken. Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
