Enterprise Risk Management Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead annual risk assessments across business units, identifying exposures and mitigation strategies aligned with NCUA risk categories (e.g., reputation, credit, compliance, liquidity).
- Evaluate and maintain the company’s risk profile to ensure alignment with Board-approved risk appetite and business strategy.
- Update and communicate risk appetite statements, metrics, and ERM policies in line with regulatory expectations.
- Monitor key risk indicators, assess emerging risks, and recommend action plans.
- Oversee model risk management and vendor risk management to ensure compliance with regulatory and group requirements.
- Lead Business Continuity Plan (BCP) initiatives, including Business Impact Analysis, recovery planning, and simulation exercises.
- Promote a strong risk culture across the organization and support special risk-related projects as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Risk Management, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in financial risk management or related field.
- Risk management certification are preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong project management, communication, and technical writing skills.
- Proficient in analytical thinking and data analysis; experience with tools like SAS is an advantage.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
