**In this role you will**:

- Collection Monitoring and Updates : responsible for monitoring and updating the collection process. This involves keeping track of incoming payments, ensuring accuracy, and updating relevant systems or trackers regularly.
- Payment Preparation and Processing : involved in the preparation and processing of payments. This includes tasks such as ensuring proper documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to facilitate timely and accurate payments.
- Filing and Documentation : organizing and maintaining financial records, including filing and documentation of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Administrative Support : Assist in entering financial data into spreadsheets or databases.

**To be shortlisted for this position, you will need to have**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and record-keeping.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes, with exposure to both accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
