**Summary**

Based in Sunway Pyramid, you will be part of the exciting Customer Experience team, contributing in the total journey of a customer’s interactions with Sunway. Therefore, you will be working closely with inter-department to improve the overall experience and every touchpoint a customer has with the mall. You will also be involved in inculcating a customer culture in the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify customer needs and the key drivers to reach customer satisfaction goals of organisation
- Address quality gaps and initiate new projects created jointly with other departments
- Support multiple customer experience improvement projects within organisation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals using appropriate tools and techniques
- Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Develop comprehensive project plans, spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document need
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Liaise with vendors on the project implementation
- Perform any other related duties as assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing/ Customer Service/ Business Administration or any related studies
- Proven working experience in project management with skills and ability to take ownership of assigned tasks
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in project management, customer experience and / or marketing
- Possess technology acumen and customer relations skills, including active listening, patience, empathy, conflict resolution, and organised problem-solving skills
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and ability to multi-task to manage various project elements simultaneously
- Possess strong management, leadership and resourceful skills, mature, self-motivated, analytical, independent, initiative, responsible and able to work under pressure.
- Good time management, Self-motivated, efficient and dedicated fast worker and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Capacity to manage high stress situations
- Computer literate and excellent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
