Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic **Junior Trainer** who is passionate about **teaching, coaching, and inspiring retail professionals**. You will work alongside our senior training team to design and deliver impactful learning experiences, from **classroom workshops** to **on-floor coaching and e-learning content**. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a specialist in **retail learning & development**.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in **designing and delivering training programs** in areas such as customer service, sales, retail operations, visual merchandising, and leadership.
- Facilitate **interactive activities, group discussions, and role-plays** that engage adult learners.
- Support senior trainers in developing **blended learning content** (e.g., e-learning modules, quizzes, videos).
- Stay updated on **retail trends, HRD Corp requirements, and learning methodologies**.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in **Business, Retail Management, Education, Human Resources, or related field**.
- 0 - 3 years of experience in **retail, training, or coaching** is an advantage (fresh graduates with strong retail exposure are encouraged to apply).
- Passionate about **teaching, public speaking, and helping others grow**.
- Excellent **communication & presentation skills** in English and Malay (Mandarin is a plus).
- Creative, proactive, and able to adapt to **different retail environments**.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
