**About the Role**
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented General Admin Intern to support our daily administrative operations. This role is ideal for students eager to gain hands-on experience in office administration and business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining documents and records.
- Support data entry tasks and update company databases.
- Manage filing systems (digital and physical).
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and presentations.
- Answer and direct phone calls, handle basic inquiries.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings or appointments.
- Assist in organizing company events and activities.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in English and Malay.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
