Hostel Warden

Job Description - Responsible on the local worker's discipline in the hostel and ensure workers adhere to hostel company policies and rules & regulations. - To ensure the general well-being of the residents which includes cleanliness, health, housekeeping, all maintenance issues, safety and security - To conduct patrolling at the hostel from time to time including inspection / spot checks. - Monitoring and oversees inspections of the hostel facilities & accommodation and fill in checklist. - Setup of new hostel including furniture and its necessities for new workers. - Guarding the premises against intrusion on unauthorized entries. To provide effective security and safety coverage of the facilities and premises. - Permitting only authorized person/visitors to enter the premises. - Assist in workers needs and welfare; medical related issues. - Protecting company equipment and properties against act of vandalism, theft or sabotage. - Patrolling and doing a day to day spot check and reporting any disciplinary problems & misbehaviors. - Identifying any hostels damages and repair required. - Documenting and record information in standard form for any hostels repair and complaint. - Monitoring any hostels maintenance work and repairs to ensure good quality work. - Coordinate for room allocation & keys distribution for new join staff. - Monitor collection of utilities bills (electricity & water) every month. - Assisting HR staffs on any matters related to employees and hostels. - To response during crisis situations such as an emergency a riot or a natural disaster - Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management from time to time Job requirements: - Currently staying around Bayan Lepas area, willingness to travel to Perai if needed. - Possess a valid B2 & D driving license. - Able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia & English basic understanding - Able to coordinate work tasks well - Age around 30-55 years' old - Male
