**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Offer technical consultancy and recommendations which is the best solutions for customers' requirements.
- To support customers on their IT infrastructure requirements and propose the best solution with the latest technologies.
- Conduct various sales/product presentations to customers.
- Draft the product specs-in detail for tender.
- Request for proposal - come out with a technical proposal for partners.
- Building product of ‘Bill of Material’ (BOM) - generate BOM with detailed hardware and software price.
- Provide sales and product training to partners and customers.
- Conduct various product demo and proof of concept (POC).
- Participate in tender and project assignments with an account manager. Attain various vendor certification

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years related experiences in pre-sales / technical consultant role
- Possess Diploma / Degree in Engineer computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- Possess own transport and willing to travel when needed
- An excellent team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, able to explain complex solutions to partners and customers.
- Any industry certification is highly preferable but not necessarily - HPE, IBM, Dell, Cisco, Vmware, Microsoft, Redhat, etc
- Dynamic personality - adapt to the new environment quickly and pick up new technical skills
- To carry out any others duties and jobs function as and when required by the company or person acting on behalf of the company

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
