To supervise and manage warehouse supervisor, store hands, Chemical mixing staff and lorry driver (Internal & External), including conduct warehouse morning daily briefing on the improvement of warehouse operations and updating the previous day’s delivery & receiving and to ensure all materials/ chemicals packaging are in good condition.
- Planning, leading, organizing and control on day to day manpower planning and arrangement to support warehouse operation from incoming material receive, transfer to warehouse (TTW) and outgoing delivery to customer (SO and DO preparation). Prepare Schedule for Lorry & chemical mixing, update weekly raw material stock.
- Tight control and monitor all aspect of warehouse storage management system (active moving stock, slow moving stock, GRN, on hold and etc..), stock allocation (racking system ) and control inventory stock levels ( FIFO & LILO ) as well as every stock in/out transaction in stock travel chit document (stock card), accurate document recording and accurate data entry into system ( Auto count).
- Preparation for Customer visit, Government authority inspection / audit & housekeeping arrangement.
- Warehouse Equipment & Machinery maintenance: - Eye Wash station inspection, fire extinguisher inspection, building maintenance, Air compressor maintenance, Chemical mixer maintenance (PM), WWTP maintenance and etc.
- Chemical Management: Update Raw materials by weekly. Chemical mixing arrangement, Ensure all chemicals mix as per formulation given, Schedule chemical mixing as per customers order. Order PPE for chemical mixing staffs. Handling internal Schedule Waste (SW) management,
- Conduct warehouse stock take 6 months once and to send out stock report on time and accurate, this includes other warehouse report as well.
- To perform any other ad-hoc duty and responsibilities which may be assigned by Top Management from time to time.
