- Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre
- Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon - Fri (9 am - 6 pm) Sat (9 am - 1 pm) (alternate Saturday upon confirmation
- Salary Package**:Up to $2400 +OT + AWS**:

- Duration: Permanent Role

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare draft AWBs for review by customers, forwarders, and overseas agents.
- Coordinate with CIPL to draft permits prior to shipment arrival.
- Upon cargo arrival at the warehouse, confirm pieces, weight, and dimensions to enter accurate details into the system and print original AWB copies.
- Handle the submission of FWB, FHL, permits, and other required documents.
- Await pre-alerts to either release cargo or arrange delivery. Visit the warehouse to inspect cargo.
- Pre-declare customs permits and submit shipment details through the CCN system to Singapore Customs.
- Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.
