**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Excellent communication and writing skills in **English** and **Bahasa Malaysia**.
- **SPM leavers**are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work on rotational shifts.
- Prior working experience in the **call service industry** will be an added advantage.
- Good problem solving skills and ability to perform under a high paced working environment.
- **Age Group: 18-55 years old.**
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
- Good computer literacy
