**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1) Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
- Conduct pre-screening and first-level interviews to assess suitability.

3) Recruitment Process Coordination
- Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Collect and summarize interview feedback to support decision-making.

4) Offer Management & Pre-Onboarding
- Prepare and issue employment offers and contracts.
- Handle negotiations, if necessary, and follow up on acceptance.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks (e.g., medical, reference, background screening).

5) Onboarding
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including orientation and first-day logistics.
- Ensure all documents and tools are prepared prior to the employee’s start date.
- Serve as a point of contact for new hires during their onboarding journey.

6) Contract Renewal & HR Administration
- Monitor contract expiry dates and prepare contract renewal letters or extensions in a timely manner.
- Liaise with managers on contract status and employee performance before renewal.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of contract changes.

7) Payroll Coordination
- Work closely with the payroll team to provide timely and accurate information on new hires, contract renewals, transfers, and exits.
- Ensure employment changes (e.g., salary adjustments, contract extensions) are communicated clearly for payroll processing.

8) Offboarding
- Coordinate the offboarding process including exit interviews, clearance forms, and final documentation.
- Ensure smooth handover and compliance with internal exit procedures.

9) Reporting & Process Improvement
- Track and report on hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and recruitment pipeline.
- Suggest and implement improvements to recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment and employment transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or HR operations.
- Good knowledge of employment contracts, HR processes, and recruitment best practices.
- Strong coordination and communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalis

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
