**Overview**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team. As a QA Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products by conducting thorough testing, identifying and resolving issues. Your role is crucial in delivering high-quality, reliable, and user-friendly software to our customers.

**Responsibilities**

**Test Planning**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Develop detailed test plans and test cases based on project documentation.

**Test Execution**:

- Perform regression testing to ensure that new features or enhancements do not negatively impact existing functionality.

**Defect Identification and Reporting**:

- Identify, document, and prioritize software defects and issues.
- Work closely with developers and other team members to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.

**Automated Testing (Optional)**:

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
- Implement and execute automated testing as part of the overall testing strategy.

**Performance Testing**:

- Identify and address performance bottlenecks.

**Compatibility Testing**:

- Conduct compatibility testing on different browsers, devices, and operating systems.
- Ensure that software products meet specified compatibility requirements.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed and organized test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Provide clear and concise feedback to development teams.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and system functionality.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the QA function.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the QA process.

**Requirements**:
**Education and Experience**:

- Proven experience as a QA Specialist or similar role is an advantage.
- Offering a Junior Quality Assurance position that does not required prior experience, as company provide comprehensive training.

**Preferences**:

- Chinese nationality preferred.

**Testing Tools**:

- Proficiency in using manual and automated testing tools.
- Experience with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) is a plus.

**Testing Methodologies**:

- Familiarity with various testing methodologies, including black-box testing, and regression testing.

**Communication Skills**:

- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate issues and collaborate effectively with team members.

**Problem-solving Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
