**Job Summary**
Our client is looking for a **Chief Data Officer (CDO) **to transform their data into a strategic asset. This role will drive data strategy and leverage big data, AI, and machine learning to enhance decision-making, personalization, and fraud detection.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement data strategy, ensuring the company maximizes the value of its data.
- Lead initiatives around big data, machine learning, and AI to drive business intelligence and product innovation.
- Manage data governance, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn data into actionable insights and competitive advantages.
- Build and lead a team of data scientists and analysts.
- Deep expertise in data science, AI, and machine learning, ideally within fintech.
- Strong experience in data governance, analytics, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR).
- Proven track record in leading data strategy and turning data into a competitive asset.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:
