**About the role**

We are non-halal Cafe, seeking an experienced Barista to join our vibrant team at Seremban 2 Uptown, Negeri Sembilan.

**What you'll be doing**
- Preparing a variety of tea, coffee & juice, and specialty drink orders to the highest standard
- Providing friendly and professional customer service, ensuring a great experience for all guests
- Maintaining a clean and well-organised workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols
- Restocking and managing inventory of coffee, tea, and other bar supplies
- Assisting with general bar and cafe duties as needed
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations

**主要职责：**
- 按照最高标准制作各类茶饮、咖啡、果汁及特色饮品。
- 提供友好、专业的客户服务，确保顾客拥有愉快的体验。
- 保持工作区域清洁有序，并遵守健康与安全规范。
- 补充和管理咖啡、茶及其他吧台用品的库存。
- 协助日常吧台及餐厅的相关工作。
- 参与团队会议，并为持续优化运营提出建议。

**What we're looking for**
- At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the food and beverage industry
- Excellent knowledge of tea, coffee & juice preparation techniques and the ability to craft high-quality beverages
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanour
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
