Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
**Develop and Implement Funding Strategies**: Design and execute effective funding strategies tailored to individual Tiny House projects, ensuring alignment with Nestrontech’s financial and sustainability objectives.

**Identify and Secure Funding Sources**: Research and engage with potential investors, grant providers, and other financial partners to secure necessary capital for project development.

**Prepare and Present Investment Proposals**: Develop comprehensive funding proposals and presentations, clearly communicating the value, impact, and sustainability of projects to potential funders.

**Manage Investor Relations and Due Diligence**: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, overseeing the due diligence process, and negotiating favorable funding terms.

**Monitor and Report Funding Progress**: Track the progress of funding initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management and ensuring that projects remain financially viable.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment management, project funding, or a related field, preferably within the startup ecosystem or sustainable housing industry.
- Proven track record of securing funding for projects, with experience in the Tiny House or sustainable living sectors being highly desirable.
- **Strong network of potential investors and financial partners.**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- **Language Requirement: Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for communicating with key stakeholders.**:

- Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to manage budgets and financial reports.
