SUMMARY SALES PROFESSIONAL - TELEMARKETING MAXIS OUTBOUND (TMOB)
Position Summary : The Sales Professional (SP) is responsible for soliciting sales over the telephone by contacting potential customers, focusing on customer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information, inquiries and purchases. A successful SP has excellent communication skills as well as sales ability. SP should be meticulous, persuasive, and able to handle all aspects of constructing a successful sale closure.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone by developing relationships with new and existing customers, and recommending solutions for service improvements.
- Asking the right questions to engage with customers and keep the conversation going.
- Listening to the customers’ needs to generate sales.
- Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
- Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
- Answering customers’ questions on the products.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota.
Salary Package:
- Basic RM2000-RM2600
- KPI Allowance up to RM200
- Commission up to RM2000
Working Days:
- Monday - Friday (9AM to 6PM)
- Alternate Saturday (2 Saturdays in a month)
7 days Training (Paid)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
**Salary**: Up to RM2,600.00 per month
