About Us

As a key member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective execution of digital display campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients.

In this dynamic role, you’ll contribute to driving the company’s production and operational success. Using your initiative and creativity, you’ll support the growth of our advertising solutions business in Malaysia. Collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams, you will help drive acquisition, engagement, and loyalty while building awareness for our clients and partners.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Smooth implementation, ad-trafficking and ad management of all digital advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaigns, analysing and adjusting to improve performance.
- Write, edit and proofread copy for all promotional materials.
- Ensure brand values are adhered to in campaigns and all communication channels.
- Deliver regular reports including web analytics and evaluation of KPIs.
- Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns.
- Capture client requirements and determine campaign direction.
- Manage client’s enquiries and deliver performance reports.
- Ensure accuracy and effectiveness of all marketing materials.
- Proactively provide ideas and collaborate on best practices.
- Provide performance data, case studies, and general reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and issues.

What You Have
- At least 1 year of digital marketing experience with basic knowledge of Meta and Google Adwords. Familiarity with ad operations and at least 1-year agency background is a plus.
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel, including advanced spreadsheet functions.
- Comfortable analyzing data, working with metrics, and making data-driven decisions.
- Highly meticulous. Obsessed with customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with the ability to thrive under pressure and deliver high-quality work.
- Manage multiple projects, both tactical and strategic in nature, achieving both time and budgetary deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong work relationships.
- Creative thinker with sound judgment and the ability to solve problems effectively.
