**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**:

- Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content (e.g., text, graphics, photos, videos) for social media platforms, blogs, websites, and other digital channels.
- Write and edit copy for posts, advertisements, and other marketing materials, ensuring consistency with the brand voice and tone.
- Develop content ideas aligned with the brand’s voice, objectives, and audience preferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement content strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, content best practices, and competitor activities to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.

**Social Media Management**:

- Manage daily operations of the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.), ensuring content is posted on time and engagement is maintained.
- Schedule posts using social media management tools (if necessary)
- Monitor, moderate, and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with followers to build relationships and foster a positive online community.
- Develop and implement social media campaigns that align with company goals.

**Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media content using analytics tools (e.g. Facebook and Instagram Insights, TikTok insights).
- Provide regular reports on social media performance metrics, audience growth, and content engagement.
- Adjust strategies based on performance insights to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions.

**Collaboration & Coordination**:

- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure the content aligns with ongoing marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Coordinate with other departments to gather content related to events, promotions, or internal announcements.
- Assist in organizing and executing social media contests, giveaways, and other engagement activities.

**General Administration**:

- Assist in maintaining and organizing content calendars for social media platforms.
- Support with administrative tasks related to content creation and social media management.
- Stay informed on social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to continuously improve social media strategy.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
